Dr. Goldman Dr. Goldman is a licensed clinical psychologist with twenty-four years of experience.  During the majority of his career, Dr. Goldman has been in full-time private practice.  

Dr. Goldman attended Tulane University for his  undergraduate studies and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS).  He earned class and department honors as well as holding the position of president of the honors organization Psi Chi.  He then moved to Los Angeles to attend the California School of Professional Psychology, where he completed his studies earning both a Masters and a Ph.D.

Dr. Goldman began a full-time solo practice as a generalist in the sense that he treats a wide range of problems and people.  He provides the full range of treatment modalities: including individual, couples/marital, family, and group therapy.  Dr. Goldman treats children, adolescents, teenagers and adults. Over the years, he has developed expertise in the areas of depression, disorders related to stress/anxiety, substance and alcohol abuse, anger management and resolution, family and step-family issues, relationships, assisting with divorce, work related problems, pain, and medical conditions.  He also specializes in working with children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral disorders.  His specialties include ADD & ADHD, Asperger's, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, oppositional disorders, depression, anxiety, and problems with conduct.  Dr. Goldman provides parent training as well.

Dr. Goldman moved to Atlanta to reunite with his family.  In 2005, he moved to Forsyth county and established his current practice to serve Forsyth, Cherokee, North Fulton and Dawson Counties.  Although he spent most of his life in the city, Dr. Goldman now resides on a horse farm and enjoys the country life. His free time is spent riding horses, playing golf and enjoying the company of his family and friends.
